This exceptional rum is a blend of extra-old Barbadian rums, some aged up to two decades, showcasing the depth and complexity of Barbadian rum-making. The rum undergoes a meticulous double-aging process: first aged in tropical Barbados in ex-bourbon barrels, then matured further in France in Cognac casks, using traditional French techniques.
