Handcrafted by the Touma Family, one of Lebanon’s historic wine and arak producers since 1888 in the Bekaa Valley’s Kab‑Elias region. Every batch is distilled multiple times, using whole anise seed (never extracts or oils), then aged for about six months in clay jugs to allow aromas to settle and flavors to integrate.
