Description
Cazcanes No. 7 Blanco Tequila 750ml is a premium, additive-free tequila crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Distilled at NOM 1614, this unaged expression captures the pure essence of agave, offering a crisp and vibrant profile.
The agave is cooked in a low-pressure autoclave over a 24-hour cycle to preserve its natural flavors. The juice is extracted using a roller mill, fermented in stainless steel vats with proprietary yeast, and double-distilled in stainless steel pots with copper coils. The tequila is aerated before bottling to enhance drinkability and rested in stainless steel vats for 1–3 months to allow it to become more full-flavored and full-bodied.
