Blade and Bow 91 Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey pays homage to the legendary Stitzel-Weller Distillery. Crafted using a unique Solera System aging process, this bourbon blends some of the last remaining stocks from the original distillery with newer whiskies, preserving its rich legacy. Aged in new charred American white oak barrels, it offers a refined flavor profile featuring notes of dried apricot, ripe pear, and sweet roasted grain, culminating in a smooth finish with hints of charred oak and warm winter spices. Each bottle is adorned with one of five distinct keys, symbolizing the five steps of bourbon crafting—grains, yeast, fermentation, distillation, and aging.
